Medical Insurance
All full-time permanent employees are eligible for medical and dental insurance starting on the date of hire. Employees' insurance premiums are paid by CyberBest at 50%. We offer both Blue Cross & Blue Shield and United Healthcare. At CyberBest, we believe that you and your family should have the peace of mind knowing that you have medical coverage available right away. All 1099 and W-2 contract employees are eligible to buy the medical and dental insurance from the company policy.

Life Insurance Plan
All full time permanent employees are eligible for Life Insurance at no cost. Lincoln Life Benefit is the underwriter of the policy. Additional policies for employee family members can be purchased at a discounted rate.

Long & Short Term Disability Plan
All full time permanent employees are eligible for Long & Short Term Disability at no cost. UNUM Provident is the underwriter of the policy. Additional policies for employee family members can be purchased at a discounted rate.

Paid Vacation
All full time permanent employees are eligible for paid vacation after completing their probationary period, which is 90 days from the start date of their employment. All employees receive 2 weeks of paid vacation.

Paid Sick/Personal Days
All full time employees are eligible for paid sick and personal days after completing their probationary period, which is 90 days from the start date of their employment. All employees receive 3 sick and personal days.

Paid Holidays
All full time employees are eligible for seven (7) paid holidays after completing their probationary period, which is 90 days from the start date of their employment.

Relocation Assistance
All full time permanent employees will receive relocation assistance from project to project.
