Prasad Valay - President

Mr. Valay is a highly experienced IT professional who has worked on numerous projects for Fortune 1,000 companies in the US and India since 1989. He is a hands-on technical leader with excellent managerial skills and the founder of CyberBest Technology, Inc. Prasad holds a bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from Mangalore University in India , graduating 3rd in his class. Subsequently he obtained a masters degree in Computer and Information Science from the University of South Alabama in Mobile.

Jerry Oyler - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Jerry Oyler has more than 20 years of accounting experience, managing CyberBest's Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and all other accounting functions. He has a diversified accounting background in retail, healthcare, construction and land development, software development, public accounting, fund raising, and manufacturing and is proficient in several different programming languages and computer architectures. Jerry holds a bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida .

Mark Stephens – Project Co-Ordinator

Mark Stephens joins CyberBest as an Account Executive and will lead our sales/ marketing initiatives for the south east. For the last Three years Mark has been a Heathcare Executive, in charge of recruiting and direct placement of healthcare professionals into various medical fields to satisfy customer needs. Mark was in charge of all marketing and sales initiatives across Georgia and Alabama, leading a very dynamic office to double in size during his tenure. In addition to his marketing and sales experience, he is an accomplished leader, managing 100 plus healthcare professionals, facilitating the screening and hiring process, handling various Human resource issues, provided cross training to further develop the skills of his employees, and was a leader for new internal staff joining the team. Mark has a background in Marketing and sales. He has a bachelor's degree in Marketing with a minor in Management from Columbus State University.

Satya Chinta – Technical Solutions Architect

Satya Chinta joins CyberBest as a Technical lead to implement various Justice Solutions and Law Enforcement Solutions. For the last ten years, Satya has been leading web and client application development with a unique combination of expertise in system analysis, data architecture, business and analytical skills. He is proficient at defining the architecture for stand-alone, distributed, 2 tier/3 tier/multi tier, web based, content management and share point applications. Under his supervision CyberBest has deployed various Judicial applications and Law Enforcement applications in the State of Alabama. He is ready to embrace new technologies and development in creating quality products for customers. Satya holds Bachelors and Masters Degree in Computer Science and Microsoft Certified Professional.

Param Rama – Database Administrator

Param Rama joins CyberBest as a Database Administrator. For the past eight years, Param has been involved in database design and creation for public and private sector organizations. His experience in this area is extensive, including database implementations in excess of one Terabyte in size. With an established track record in both large and small organizations, Param brings valuable skill sets to our customers. By applying his knowledge of database management systems he is able to determine the most efficient and simplistic database design, to manage and coordinate database changes, and to simulate and test and the database structure. Equally as important is the ability to plan, coordinate, and implement appropriate security measures to safeguard the database as well as the data. Highly skilled and adept at mastering new technologies and adapting to existing corporate infrastructures, Param is able to understand the customer’s needs and to begin producing results immediately. Param holds both a Bachelors and a Masters Degree in Engineering.

Ramesh – Recruiting Manager
Ramesh holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from JNTU University in India and joined CBT as a Recruiting Manager to handle all the recruiting activities. Ramesh is expertise in dealing with highly qualified IT Professionals and manages recruiting & talent acquisition efforts to support both our federal & commercial clients nationwide. Ramesh has been recognized for his creative techniques and ability to manage the consulting and recruiting team.
