Prasad Valay - President

Mr. Valay is a highly experienced IT professional who has worked on numerous projects for Fortune 1,000 companies in the US and India since 1989. He is a hands-on technical leader with excellent managerial skills and the founder of CyberBest Technology, Inc. Prasad holds a bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from Mangalore University in India , graduating 3rd in his class. Subsequently he obtained a masters degree in Computer and Information Science from the University of South Alabama in Mobile.

James Pritchett - Vice President

Mr. Jim Pritchett has over 30 years of Information Technology experience, drawn largely from the US Army and US Court System. Recently he was the Executive Director for a regional law enforcement and criminal justice federation project. This project linked 7000+ users to over 35 different databases and record systems through a central web portal that controlled access to all of the systems. It was named as the best Government IT project of 2003 by Public CIO Magazine. Jim has held the position of Technical Director and Chief of Information Integration with the US Army Safety Program. He has been an integral part of the strategic development of an information sharing initiative at the national level and led the development of a program that set functional and performance standards for the state court system nationwide. This program served as a model for national standards development programs under the Department of Justice. He has worked nationally to develop and define Services Oriented Architecture as a standard and as a blueprint for state and local information systems development and to put those systems into place. While Vice President of the National Center for State Courts, he led the technical services consulting division and served as the Information Technology lead for the State Court Systems of the various states and territories. For the last three years Jim has served as a consultant working as a Systems Analyst, Strategic planner, Business development specialist and Program Manager. He has a Masters in Educational Technology from Auburn University and a Bachelors in Education, also from Auburn . In 1999, Jim graduated from the National Defense University in Washington , DC . During his tenure there, he also earned certification as a Federal Agency Chief Information Officer (CIO).

Jerry Oyler - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Jerry Oyler has more than 20 years of accounting experience, managing CyberBest's Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and all other accounting functions. He has a diversified accounting background in retail, healthcare, construction and land development, software development, public accounting, fund raising, and manufacturing and is proficient in several different programming languages and computer architectures. Jerry holds a bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida .

Jagadish Battu - Manager

Mr. Jagadish Battu holds a bachelors degree in Computer Science and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Nagarjuna University in India . Since inception, he has grown the Staffing business by leaps and bounds.

Timothy Wyatt – Justice Solutions Project Manager

Timothy Wyatt joins CyberBest as a Project Manager and will lead our Justice Solutions project(s) nationwide. For the last five years Tim has been leading large integrated software development projects for state courts as well as implementing and supporting other Judicial applications involving development, implementation and deployment of many statewide initiatives concerning e-filing systems within the courts. In addition to his project management credentials, he is an accomplished trainer, developing and conducting training courses in standards, procedures, reporting, quality assurance, and metrics training for over 10,000 attorneys, legal staffs, judges, clerks and other court personnel. Tim has a background in computer programming and has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Satya Chinta – Technical Solutions Architect

Satya Chinta joins CyberBest as a Technical lead to implement various Justice Solutions and Law Enforcement Solutions. For the last ten years, Satya has been leading web and client application development with a unique combination of expertise in system analysis, data architecture, business and analytical skills. He is proficient at defining the architecture for stand-alone, distributed, 2 tier/3 tier/multi tier, web based, content management and share point applications. Under his supervision CyberBest has deployed various Judicial applications and Law Enforcement applications in the State of Alabama. He is ready to embrace new technologies and development in creating quality products for customers. Satya holds Bachelors and Masters Degree in Computer Science and Microsoft Certified Professional.

Param Rama – Database Administrator

Param Rama joins CyberBest as a Database Administrator. For the past eight years, Param has been involved in database design and creation for public and private sector organizations. His experience in this area is extensive, including database implementations in excess of one Terabyte in size. With an established track record in both large and small organizations, Param brings valuable skill sets to our customers. By applying his knowledge of database management systems he is able to determine the most efficient and simplistic database design, to manage and coordinate database changes, and to simulate and test and the database structure. Equally as important is the ability to plan, coordinate, and implement appropriate security measures to safeguard the database as well as the data. Highly skilled and adept at mastering new technologies and adapting to existing corporate infrastructures, Param is able to understand the customer’s needs and to begin producing results immediately. Param holds both a Bachelors and a Masters Degree in Engineering.
